Account suspension

Hi, 
I joined Upwork couple of weeks ago and everything was fine. Then last Monday I get an email from the Upwork that your account has been suspended due to suspicious activity of more than one person is using the same account, then there was a link to verify the id and documents again then I pass everything. Now I get an email to restore to access your account confirm your agreement to follow our terms and services but can anyone tell me how I do this. I just can't find where I go to confirm the agreement to access my account again.
