Account suspention

Hi, my account has been suspended and one of my pending contracts has been deleted. I have no idea why, can you please help? I have a near deadline and I need to hire a freelancer ASAP!

what else should I do to retrieve my account and use the money in it?

Thank you so much, my screenshots had the notifications that tell that my
account is still suspended and the other was "upwork financial transactions
for your company have been limited". Any idea on how to solve this?
