Account under suspension

Hi,my account was suspended, I contacted the support because I was confused why my account was suspended just after creation.. So I was told to re-do my ID verification through a link that was provided by the customer support.. I did that, verified my ID and provide all necessary documents..But yet, my account is still under suspension.

Please, I will really appreciate if this can be resolved. THANKS

Hi Kolawole,

 

Perhaps Upwork did not check the documents that you re-submitted yet. 

 

When I first created an account, it took up to two days for Upwork to verify my documents, if I remember correctly. 

 

Try to give them a day or so. 

 

The system also might need a bit of time to re-activate your account, I suppose, if, as you say, everything's verified and accepted.
