I would like to verify my profile but I do not have access to a camera or a microphone that I can use ith my computer. I wanted to do the video chat from my phone ,but it didn't work. My fanancial transactions have been limited because my account is not yet verified. Is there another way to verify my profile please?

I was in a similar situation before and I requested another method.

They gave me the option to upload a verified ID and everything worked out well.

I recieved a notice for a video verification chat as well. I have no equipment to do this as well. I have already jumped through hoops with Upwork to verify who I am and where I live. What do I do to remedy this problem? I'm not going to go out and buy new stuff that I will only use once for something I have already done for you guys.
