Action required within 7 days is not done

Hello everyone

My Action required within 7 days link is not working my half verfication is done but half is left mean ID verfication is done in 7days and Initiate a video call is not done becasue i dont get any link of Initiate a video call.

What should i do now if i do not Action required is done in 7days.?

Please help me.
