Add extra layers of security - how do I remove this irritating pop up appearing every time

Every time, literally every time, I try to change something in my profile I get the 'add extra layers of security' pop up.  If I had wanted that I would have pressed it 15 x ago.  I don't want it.  So how do I stop this irritating pop up appearing again and again and again and again.  Are you - Upwork - offering this as an option, or are you demanding it?
