Adding Billing Method ISSUE

I"m trying to use my business visa card for billing, the name on the card is the business name which is one word, however, upwork shows me two fields of "first name" and "last name" and both fields are mandatory, and I have tried everything I could like putting in my first and last name rather than business name, putting in business name in first and last name, etc. It says the card cannot be authorized, I called my bank and they said its an issue on the merchant end, What is the solution?

Does the name on the card have to match exactly? If yes, what's the solution? If not, what could be the issue as everything is good from my bank side!

I do have my personal bank account as well but I want to use my business bank account for financial purposes.
