Adding Cambridge CAE certification

Hello! I have Cambridge certificate in Advanced English, for which I passed exam back in 2014. I've been trying to add that to my Certifications, but there it says to copy identifier and secret code. I have no info about that (the exam application was organized by English teacher who I went to to prepare for it) . I have the diploma which has Accreditation Number as well as Certificate number on it. Can you tell me if I can add it that way?
