Adding Certification

Hi,

I have been trying to add my certification detail to my profile. I have a certification on Customer Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.

I am facing issues in getting it approved. I believe it doesn't fall under the drop down categories.

Can you please help me regarding this?

Unfortunately not all certifications are supported and can be listed on your profile. To learn more about this you can check out this Help Article. If you try to enter a certification not on the list, you’ll have the opportunity to Suggest a Certification. Our team will review your suggestion and it may be added to our list. Thank you!

 The Coursera one? Those kind of certificates are not accepted as "certification" on Upwork, but you can add it to your portfolio, for what it's worth.
