Adding education to profile - Degree (Optional) section

Good day

I am trying to add under education section of my profile my Diploma details.

I do not see "Diploma" listed under the drop down list (degree Optional), why is there no Diploma option or for one to type your qualification?

My highest qualification is a Diploma in Software Engineering.

If Diploma could be added to this drop down list it would be most appreciated.
