Adding freelancers to team

 Hi all,
Two questions:

 1- Can I add upwork users with active/existing contracts as an Exclusive agent?
 

2 - Can I add users who are located in different cities/countries too?

You can't, since an exclusive agency contractor can only work on contracts only under the agency they are associated with.

Yes, you can.

Possible to transfer the contract to Agency's name if the User/Freelancer agrees and asks it himself?

Hi Akmalkhon,

Contracts can't be transferred to a different context but if the agency contractor prefers to continue working with their client under the agency, they can ask them to close the existing contract with them as an individual freelancer and hire them as an agency contractor.
