i am new in Upwork, so i read Upwork ruls but i can make sence of it that can i share my personal website link in footer websites that i create theme or no? i also can't understand that can i share my website to client to see py portfolio or no?

because my personal website has my phone number, and in Upwork ruls, we can not share our phone number.

You may not share outide links on upwork unless you have an upwork contract with the client. Upwork is not a free service. You must work with them via it and pay the upwork fee,

Please note that you should be able to include a link to your website that doesn't contain any contact information or forms to your portfolio. Use your portfolio to show off projects related to any or all of your skills, so long as you personally have worked on every item you add and adhere to all of Upwork’s Terms of Service.
