Adobe After Effects Test not offered

Hello. I'm a new freelancer and I was hoping to take the After Effects test for designers, but for some reason its not offered. Doesn't even show up in search. This is a very common program used by many graphics designers, and am surprised its not offered? Any anwers out there?
