The address from the Contact Info section is auto-populated to Tax Information, but you can edit it if you need to. We don't have any specific requirements for the format so the way you have your address currently should be okay as long as it's your complete address. You can use the address you are registered at or are permanently residing at to complete the form.
Thank you. I'd also like to know about adress field in account holder information section in 'edit payment method'. What should it be? I called to local bank and they said: 'All our plastic cards are assigned to the same adress so it's probbably this adress'. And now I'm not sure because the field says 'Account holder info'.
