I am a new member here. After completing my profile, I tried to apply several projects by submitting proposals, but not received any job yet.

*Is there any other process to promote my profile?

*How can I get my first order?  

*Any Improvement Ideas for my profile?

*How can I apply to rising talent badge? still not received any email

Your advice/Tips would be much appreciated.

Work.
Not much more to it.

"Work" entails reading a lot of already written shared experiences, sending proposals, being professional with your clients. And your 'actual' work, yes.

No real winning formula.

You can post a job for someone to teach/advise you about marketing, though I guess no one really goes that far, rather believe one can do it on their own.

Also, you don't "apply to rising talent badge".
