Hi ,

Need help or some document to understand how upwork agency account works. Have created a agency account but while trying to submit a proposal i was asked to buy agency plus and connects. Am not sure how this exactly works. Is it that i have to buy agency plus member in order to submit proposals.

That is correct, Nirav. You’ll need to upgrade to our $20-a-month Agency Plus plan in order to purchase Connects and submit proposals for new projects. You can also check out this Help article to learn more about Agencies.
