Agency Rising Talent Status was removed

Good day Upwork Support!

May I know why our Agency Rising Talent Status was remove after 3 days? I mean, what would be the reason? I
We didn't do anything that may remove it as we clearly read the terms and condition.

 Your agency has one completed job which ended after 2 hours with a poor 3 for quality. Generally anything less than great client feedback, public and private, results in the badge vanishing.

Oh no! That project is already done before we got the Rising Talent Status.
