Agency account suspended

We have created an agency on upwork and one of my agency member didn't updated his hourly rate, by default it was $0 and it came to our attention when our account was flagged. We then updated the hourly rate of that member and now its almost 6 hours our account is suspended. How we can make our account active again, we cannot submit proposals.
