Agency needs me to verify my identity

The agency I am associated with on Upwork says they cannot submit proposals for me without me verifying my identity. But I haven't been requested to verify my identity by Upwork. There is no way for me to do this on my own.

Any advice?

Hi Donna,

I checked and can confirm there are no pending requests for verification on your Upwork account at the moment. You may want to discuss your status with your agency owner or business manager and make sure they have everything ready to submit proposals on your behalf (hourly rate set, sufficient connects, etc.)

Hello,

My agency says that they cannot submit proposals for me without location verification on my account. 

I have not been requested to verify my location and see no way to do that.

Also, my profile information was changed (not by me). It now has the information from my Linkedin profile and resume. How did that happen? I did not enter that information.

Please advise.
