Am I allowed to share a Figma file link in a proposal?

I don't want to break any rules, and the job asked for an app design in Adobe. I don't know Adobe but I work with FIgma and I think it would work for the client. I want to share a prototype link that has an interactive mock app to show them. No outside contact info or anything like that is in the link. It would just be an example.

Upwork has no restrictions on sharing links or contact information with clients. After you have been hired by a client you can share any links and communicate any way you want.
