Hi, i am trying to hire my first free lancer but this problem keeps stopping me from hiring.

I have already tried different browsers and deleted cookies and catche but the problem remains.

Please advise for next step.

Could you please try filling in your Phone and Address, City, Zip Code under your Settings page before trying to hire your freelancer. Once filled-in, please try again, and let us know if the issue persists.

when i tried to hire a freelancer. 

This is already my 2nd report as i did not receive any update from the support team yet,

I have tried different browser and also cleared  cache and history. 

Please help as this problem have already delayed my plan for few days.

I have tried to update those but it come back as company contact info
cannot be updated.
