App login issue

I am able to log in from a browser but I’m not able to login on the app. It says client authentication failed.

I wanted to check if you are referring to the Upwork Desktop App, or the Upwork Mobile App? The Upwork Desktop App used by freelancers to track time for their hourly contracts. If you are referring to the Mobile App, please know that we have two separate apps for Freelancers and Client. You can access the download links for the Client App for both iOS and Android in this help article.
