Approved Milestone isn't being added to my fund!

I am New at Upwork. Recently my buyer approved a payment of 60USD. But still, it is not being added to my fund, and also the feedback option is not available right now. What is going on? May anyone please help me to understand the situation?

I checked and it looks like the funds are already in the 'Pending' section of your Reports page - https://www.upwork.com/ab/reports/pending. This represents the standard security hold period in which funds cannot be withdrawn. Please note that payments for fixed-price milestones (and bonuses) have a 5-day security period from the time payment is made to funds availability.
