Approved profile but still cannot submit to jobs

Hi there! My profile was approved via email but the interface is still not allowing me to submit to jobs. Can someone advise? Thanks much!

Hi Kate, 


I checked your account and it looks like you are yet to fill in your Tax Information. Please go to this page of your account, and click on the pencil icon to fill in your tax information. Once done, let me know if the issue persists so that I can look into this further for you.
