Archived Proposals and job is closed

What does it mean by Archived proposals? I sent 3 proposal but these all have archived and also written that job is closed, please let me know what is it about this concern.

why I didn't get the job please share my deficiency?

Hi Manmohan,

When your proposal is declined or a job post is closed, the proposal will be moved under the archived tab.
