This is only available to employees of Upwork. I would like to clarify that Upwork is an online marketplace where self-employed freelancers and third-party clients can connect and collaborate. We do not set hourly or contract rates, negotiate terms, or decide which freelancer works for which client. In short, we are not an employer of those who use our site to find and post jobs.
