Assistance with Set Up

Hi,

I'm new to Upwork and I may have tried to set up an account previously (I honestly can't remember). I tried to enter my phone number for verification and it said that it was being used by someone else (hence why I think I may have saved an account previously). 

 

I tried to use a Google Voice number; but I could not receive a verification text. 

 

How can I cancel my old account (I have no way of finding it) and link my phone number to my new profile?  There does not seem to be a direct help line which is a little frustrating.

I was able to locate your old account. As a gentle reminder, please know that users are not allowed to have more than one account on Upwork. I'll go ahead and check this with the team and I'll get back to you once I have more information.
