Automatic ID Verification Failed - There should be no issue with my identification...

Hello Upwork community.

 

I have recently created my account, and connected as much verification as possible.

Whilst trying to apply for a contract, I was asked to provide my local (UK) ID.

 

I scanned a photograph of my ID (drivers license) and was told my account had been locked, I am unable to submit proposals.

 

There should be no issue with my ID, my drivers license is in date, addressed, photographed and signed, the photo I uploaded was clear.

 

I cannot find a way to connect with any technical support at Upwork to confirm my identity.
