Automatic refund

I have completed 2 projects through upwork. 

for 1stIi got the amount through escrow and I cash out through the bank.

 i completed and got msg that milestone was completed and money has been realesed, 

after some time i bunch of msg that the money has been refunded to the 2nds job as well as for the 1st job(both are different clients)

and my earnings are showing in minus. i have trusted Upwork safety program and did the work for my client. but now i m in loss. and there is no response from upwork.

Sorry, but you were scammed, You are only protected if you used the time tracker for contracts, and it looks like you didn't. You will have to pay Upwork back the negative balance.

Mr. Peter G ... as I told you I got the money and withdrew the money also, though it should be covered by the Upwork
