BYOT freelancer under a new Agency

My partner (say Bob) got a project in BYOT Freelancer and signed the contract. However we would like the payment to be received under Agency instead of Bob's name (Bob agrees to it and fine with this). 

Here are my questions:

1. Should I create an agency and add Bob to it? If so, will the current project gets added to the agency? 

2. If I create an agency, will the payment info from Agency be used for payment, though the project was awarded to the freelancer.

3. Should I ask the client to send a new BYOT agency request, and then create the agency using that link?
