Back to UpWork and don't have a Rising Talent badge.

Hello,

I came back to UpWork since it was an oDesk. Now I am struggling to find a job because of Rising Talent badge in Preferred Qualifications. Is it possible to get one for me? What am I missing to get it? And will all unresponded offers when I was not using a platform affect my response time? I don't want to create a new account but if this will affect my profile's popularity I will have to do that.

Hi Rokas,

Just to confirm that creating a second account is a violation of our TOS.
To receive the Rising Talent badge you must:

• Pass the Upwork Readiness Test (link in email invitation)
• Deliver great results to your clients
• Complete your projects on time and as promised
• Maintain a 100% complete profile 
• Keep your availability status up-to-date
• Regularly submit proposals to projects relevant to your skill set
• Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service
• Have been active in the past 90 days

So if I meet all these requirements when could I expect to get the badge? 

And what about response time? Is it affected by all response history, a number of some last responses or responses for some time (for example all responses in a year)?

Once qualified you will receive an email confirmation, the badge will be awarded on your profile in up to 48 hours. You can also check your responsiveness stats in the My Stats page. Thank you!
