Bank Account Not Verifying

I am new to Upwork and a bit frustrated as I attempted to verify my bank account and it did not work. I may have flip flopped the number order but I just verified this account with another organization the same way. I would like to resolve this ASAP and cannot find a phone number anywhere on the site.

Hi Vincent,

While it looks that you did sucesfully verify your payment method, you didn't complete your Tax information. If you're not filing as a company entity, you can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents. Please note that the W-9 form is required for freelancers to be able to withdraw their earnings from Upwork.
