Bank Verification

Hi there,

 

I recently joined Upwork and iam in the process of setting things up but i am still waiting on the Bank Verification for US Freelancers, it's been more than 14 days now and i never got those deposits, Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

Another Colorado member eh? I see you went to somewhere else, however. What brings you to Colorado? Too bad you did not move closer to Denver, there are TONS of on-site tech jobs here.

I am between the Springs and Denver all the Time, there is some good business here with newly established Small Businesses Iif yur interested.

 

Do you have any advice on my account situation??

For the Mod and CS team. It's the end of the weekend. Support is slower on the weekends, but it picks right up again on Monday morning, PST time.

Have you had trouble submitting an actual ticket? If not, that might speed things up some.

I'll try submitting a ticket again.

I see you have re-added your bank information yesterday, please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the deposits to show up from the date that you have updated your information.

Ah. Ok thanks. It still has the red 'verification failed' message so I wasn't sure if there was something else I should do. I will wait a few days and see if it resolves. Thanks!

Hi, I'm being told I have to verify my bank account by entering the two deposit amounts but I was never sent any deposits from Upwork. Can't find a way to contact anyone from Upwork, this is annoying.

I'm not totally new, my account has been reactivated. When I choose a job to bid for I get a message that my bank account has to be verified. So I click on ''verify'' and nothing happens. I still can't bid on jobs. My banking information is still the same.  I've found a job that would be perfect for me but I can't try for it. What should I do? Thanks for any assistance.

The bank verification amounts never came into my bank so I cant get verfied what can I do

I see that you already have an open ticket about this concern. In the meantime please check if the bank and routing number are correct for ACH direct deposit and I'll follow up with the team that is handling your ticket, thank you.

I've waited a number of days, and there is still no option to do the verification. It still says 'verification failed. Contact customer support.'

Hello! 

  My account says that my bank verification failed and to contact customer support, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that. I thought I submitted two tickets, but I'm not sure it worked. What might my next steps be?
