Bank account confirmation

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to confirm my bank account information for more than 6 months now with no success.

 

My bank is the Bank of America, and the deposits made by Upwork to confirm are never shown on my bank statement (not even the 7 business day or more).

I'm trying to find any way to contact the support since June 2017, but I'm always redirected to here (in the forum).

Can anyone help me to fix that?
