Bank account verification failed.

I misunderstood the instructions and my bank account verification failed. Now it says to contact customer support. How can i deal with this?

I followed exactly the support instructions but i still can't verify my bank account.

My bank did receive the ammounts required but i just dont have the option to verify the account.
