Bank of America Account

Please help me to set up my bank account. Curently I live in Belgium, however I have account in Bank of America. First I set my user account with belgium addres:

When I add my bank of America account, there was no transfer, so I couldn't be able to set up GET PAID account.
Now I'm trying to change my belgium with american addres in Contact info:

and it keeps bringing me back to belgium. It is a closed circle: "In order to change your address to the United States, you must first provide your W-9 tax information", and when I'm trying to change the address in Tax information it is sending me back to Contact info...  and so on and so on ....
Please advice me how to fix my get paid problem
