Banned for no valid reason

I posted a job for a graphic designer to design my company logo. I placed a link to my website so that they could see what company they are designing for. They need my company name to design the logo any way and I got Banned!!  Why do I have no right of appeal? Nothing I posted is dodgy and anyone can find my website from my company name anyway.
