My organisation is in desperate need of an Angular developer to complete a project and would love to use Upwork, but we are in a pickle.

Given my organisation is based in Australia and we are government-funded, we need to spend our money in Australia, so we are theoretically open to anyone with an ABN. What are the invoices like, and do they include an ABN?
