Good day.

Two weeks ago I opted to upgrade my basic membership to plus in upwork because I was private mode.

But then I would like to just go back to basic membership.  

As I was browsing on how to do it and looking through the instruction on how to downgrade my membership.  I saw that my membership is still basic but I now have a current billing cycle with additional connects.


Can I request to go back to my basic membership?

Hi Paula,


I checked your Connects History and Transaction History report, and can confirm you haven't upgraded your membership plan. new Connects you're seeing are part of the new batch, received after your billing cycle was renewed a few days ago, on the date displayed as your current billing cycle. You don't need to take any additional action and I'd strongly advise you to review these resources before submitting new proposals or making changes to your Upwork account.
