I just checked your account and wasn't able to replicate the issue you're describing. Please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re able to Click on My Teams tab under your Account Settings. Once there, please click on the ''Create a new account'' button, and select the ''New Freelancer Agency Account'' option. For additional information check this help article.
