Been Stuck for Quite a few Years

Been trying in the Upwork platform for quite a few years. Now its been so difficult as I am buying connects every month. During this time I only received one client so far. 

I don't know. Maybe I am doing something wrong or something deeply wrong in my process. 

I am trying in Product Management/ Project Management/ Technical Support domain. But feeling like stuck forever in the same arena.

Anyone else felt like same? What did you try differently that worked? Would love suggestions or knowledge about what worked for you. Maybe what worked for you might not work for me,  but I would love to try something different and new. Also happy to gather some new ideas to continue the struggle bravely.
