Before or on Contract Milestone?

I'm on the last day of my project before a milestone. Can it possibly finished on the day stated in the contract, or does it have to be before? Thanks again.

This is between you and your client. Upwork does not care.

Note that the date you are looking at is nothing but a "dead" text string that is presented for your convenience. It is not used by Upwork in any way.

Nothing happens.

As far as Upwork's computer system thinks... there is no such thing as "late."

That date doesn't mean anything to the Upwork computer system.
