I'm new to the community and I'm trying to set up my account properly. I am canadian but currently residing in colombia, and so it seems complicated to enter that information properly. I received an email containing a "secure link" so I could provide additional proof, to upload specific documents. But once I click on that link it's aking me different type of information that is not related to the email and to the supposedly missing info... not sure how to get more help on the topic, haven't found anything here yet.
