Am I able to be both Client for some services and Freelancer for other services in the same account?

Yes, you are able to. I've been doing that for at least 5 years already and actually a great number of freelancers do that!

Here are some instructions on how to Be a Client and a Freelancer on Upwork.

Once you have both accounts created, you can easily swtich between both by clicking on your profile picture on the top right corner.
