Beneficiary name not match

Hi

I have tried to link my Upwork account to my bank account in Canada.

The Upwork system says that the beneficiary name does not match the name on Upwork. Since I have a joint bank account, I believe that is why the payment method is deactivated.

Could you please help to solve this issue?
