Best payment method to receive money

I'm located in Czech Republic and I have local bank accounts in czk and Hong Kong dollars in Hong Kong.

I don't hold any USD accounts apart from on Transferwise and Revolut.

I do not wish to be paid to my CZK or HKD account as I want to avoid having the fee converted to a bad rate to the local currency.

Is there anyway I can get paid at a better rate or receive USD let's say to my Revolut or Transferwise account? As for Payoneer, how does that work? Will I receive payment in USD? Thanks.

Upwork supports Payoneer transfers. 

when adding payment method, select Payoneer instead of Local bank. and you can get paid through payoneer.
