How to biding a job in order to get an interview from the client?

because lately many clients sent jobs but after that, they leave the case and there were no moments of interviews at all from so many proposals that have been submitted by the Upwork freelancers.

So far we cannot do anything, but there are some tips to bid on job you can check the recent activity of the client and also check the hiring percentange. This could help before biding.

Otherwise after one month if client don't hire anyone the Job get expired.
