I added the front of my state id with 4 corners and insufficient light by it never got accepted and now I cant verify my identity. And I also contacted support for this before and they gave me this link https://services.upwork.com/idverification/verify/OQ6yN248bdW6vkvNVspF-gxlvaQ=/. But the problem is I am a student and I live with my mom and don't have any bills with my name. And the person who is supposed to be helping me keeps posting a basic response to the rules for posting the statement instead of helping me.
