Billing Method

I am facing 'Our records indicate that the payment method entered is already associated with the maximum number of accounts. Please add a different payment method.' while adding a billing method. I am using my elder brother's credit card for payment and he has already used the card in his own Upwork account. Can I not use it anymore?
