Billing & payments Issue

Hello Upwork Team,
My billing method doesn't work. It is Visa Debit Card and Pop-up, "Your card is restricted by your card issuer and cannot be used at Upwork. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank."
The connects are going run out, No one reply to the proposal. I have no option to stay here.
Looking for hearing from you soon.

Please check with your bank if your accounts are enabled for international charges. Thank you.

Due to Lockdown, Customer Service from the bank is not available.

So, I'm asking here.

Finally, I need to go home.
